Calibrated!

After almost a year of freelancing and getting freaked out by what my stuff looked like in print, I finally invested in a calibration device for my monitor. Despite all the warnings that it might turn everything pink, I got the Huey Pro, because it was cheap and looks neat. So far I've calibrated my laptop and my PC without any major catastrophe, and a noticeable (positive) difference in contrast and color. Hopefully this will make my life a little easier.

Not much inspiration lately, I think I need some kind of pallet cleanser. What do you do to manufacture inspirado?

Yup, sorry. I'm working on stuff that isn't going to be published for a while, so it might be a bit thin.

I keep swearing off art annuals and competitions because it's so crushing (not to mention costly) when you don't get in. Also, if nobody ever sees it, you don't know if it sucks or not. :P
